This week will be a fun-filled week of musical activities such as handbells, musical games, vocal skills, drama, etc.  As a part of a mini- musical experience,  Summer Sing participants will be learning songs from the musical "Land of the Giants". They will present the songs they learn along with some drama from this presentation on Thursday, July 22 at Parents' Night. They will also be sharing what they have done in their classes at this time. On Friday, they will have a fun half day to play some games and help their team in the challenges of that day. Earning team points and devotion books are also a part of the Summersing week.

Auditions for a special part (solo or drama) in the mini-musical presented on Parents' Night will be on either Tuesday, June 22 at 6:30pm OR Monday, June 28 at 6:30 pm in Room #A212 - the Children's Building (you choose the date that works best). Audition information will be sent to you if you request it at registration.  Also note that if you are given a special part rehearsal for that part will take the place of one of your choice classes.

Purpose of SummerSing  Our SummerSing Music Camp will focus on providing many different activities for exploring and learning musical concepts at age-appropriate levels. Children will participate in various classes such as Choir, Musical Games as well as special interest classes for further enrichment. Although children will present a musical presentation on Thursday, the main emphasis of SummerSing is on learning, discovering, and experiencing the arts that can be used in Worship and Praise in a fun way. We offer children an opportunity to experience many different ways to serve the Lord!  SummerSing is designed for those with an interest in music and/or one of the arts offered.
