Cyndee Beck-F205 (Student)

“I am convinced and burdened that a lot of uscome to church out of habit, duty and because “it’s the right thing to do!” Wefeel so much better when we’ve attended services once or even twice aweek.  But it’s not about me –it’s not about us! I want to be used by God to show girls how awesomeand alive the word of God is!!! No matter where He leads our study, He willmove in our lives and do amazing things. In us, if we lay ourselves at His feet and say , “Lord, use me—use thisclass!” We can rock this church and see what incredible things He has plannedfor us!  “He is able to do exceedingly;abundantly above all I could ask or think!”

CaitlinCoates- (2010)

This class is a discussion based class.  I want my girls to talk and get to know eachother.  We are called to be accountableand build each other up.  Plus, girls arerelational beings…so we relate!  We havebeen taking a word a week, looking it up in the bible, defining it in Greek andHebrew and adding favorite quotes, songs or whatever you have to offer aboutthat specific word.  Then we try to putit into practice in our lives.  Thisreally helps you understand those key words we have grown up hearingabout.  For example patient: means topersevere or endure, longsuffering!  Haveyou ever thought that when you think of patience?

Earl has many, many years of experiencesteaching and working with young men. Earl teaches a challenging class and willalways expect the best of his class. Earl is very active in all of the eventsand programs of college Age ministry. Earl has the expectation that his classwill also support the ministry.  I woulddescribe our class as "a relational Bible study" with open discussionweekly on predetermined subjects.  Right now we are studying the Book ofMicah.  But we also study topical subjects based on the needs and subjectsrequested by our class members.
