National Missions

There is little doubt that the American church has been the dominant force in missions around the world in the 20th century but with a culture that’s drifting away from God more and more there is a growing need to reach people for Christ in our own country.

The nation that is the number one sender of missionaries to other countries is a huge mission field that needs church planting and short term missions projects from our church. We would be negligent if we didn’t do our part to help with the Great Commission work that is desperately needed In The United States.

We are partners with the North American Mission Board and their “SEND North America” strategy for reaching the lost through mission trips and church plants. We have “Signature Partners” in the United States that we work with to help take the gospel to the big cities of the Northeast and we also have Disaster Relief units that work in Florida and around the country.

Atlantic City

Atlantic City

Grace Falls Church is our church plant located just outside of Atlantic City in Absecon, New Jersey. The pastor of Grace Falls, Buff McNickle came from Idlewild and we have supported the church plant with finances, prayers and mission trips. Atlantic City/Absecon, NJ, is in the heart of Atlantic County, which has a population of over 250,000 people. Statistics from a recent poll state that just 2% of individuals adhere to evangelical beliefs. This means that of the 250,000 people living in this county, only 5,000 of them claim to be followers of Christ. Atlantic County has 21 casinos and is at an all-time high in crime, drug addiction, and human trafficking. Atlantic county needs hope and that hope is found in Jesus.

New York City

New York City

We work with the Muslim & Asian community in New York through relationship building. Our team members minister to build relationships and share the Gospel by facilitating one-on-one, small group, conversational English sessions. In addition, servant-evangelism in public parks, prayer walking, English corners, and coffee shop outreach are done. Opportunities are also opening to reach a West African neighborhood in Brooklyn.
