David Bolden, Director - Information Technology

Our goal in the Information Technology department is to aid the Church in making effective use of the technology available for the purpose of supporting Idlewild’s mission of reaching people for Christ in Tampa and beyond. We support the Church in several ways in this endeavor. From e-mail, internet access, and information accessibility to building automation, lighting and media services, information technology has the capability to enhance the worship service and increase the modes of transportation used in reaching people for Christ.

David's responsibilities include the following:
1) Assess IT needs in conjunction with other ministries and implement solutions to increase efficiency and effectiveness
2) Direct and Manage resources as they pertain to the IT department
3) Give oversight and direction to IT staff
4) Participate in process improvement
5) Oversee Quality Control/Assurance and Security for IT resources
6) Develop Polices and Procedures and Standard Operating Procedures for IT
7) In all things we do - Glorify HIM
