WHAT TO BRING:

1. The THEME for 2022 Fall GRLS WKND is Western!! The Senior girls who have planned this would love for participants to wear any western clothes or gear that they would like during the weekend, especially dinner on Saturday evening! (Cowboy hats, boots, jackets, flannel, etc). This is incredibly optional.

2. Casual clothes for Friday, Saturday, Sunday (on Sunday girls will be encouraged to wear their GRLS WKND t-shirt, jeans are very appropriate if desired).

3. The Saturday FUN TIME activity will take place outside, if weather permits. Please bring appropriate clothing if needed.

4. Bedding for sleeping = sleeping bag, pillow, blanket.

5. Pajamas and Toiletries (toothbrush, toothpaste, deodorant, shampoo, etc)

6. Towel for showering in the host home.

7. One piece bathing suit, tankini, or dark tshirt to cover 2 piece. Not all but some host homes have a pool.

8. Bible, Notebook, pen and/or highlighter.

Rules for Girls Weekend:

1. Respect all Leaders, Pastors, and Host Homes. For your safety do what they ask you to do the first time.

2. Stay with your Host Home/Family Group and Adult Leaders during all transition times for Girls Weekend. This does not mean that you are required to sit together during worship, free time, or meals, but you will be dismissing and riding by Host Home/Family Group.

3. Please BE ON TIME for all activities on the schedule. With the size of our Girls Weekend, it is important that you and your Group do your part to keep the schedule on time.

4. It is crucial for the Staff to know where Groups are at all times. This includes getting prior permission from the Staff if your group needs to deviate from scheduled places.

5. Take care of your Host Homes! Abide by all house rules that they provide for you. Be sure to thank them for opening their home to you by taking good care of it!

6. No pranks! Pranks might be fun but they can be a huge distraction. NO water guns, toilet paper, shaving cream, etc.

7. No weapons, drugs, or alcohol of any kind; this includes guns, knives, lighters, lightsabers, throwing stars, really sharp paper (it cuts, y’all!!?),  weed, CBD products, cigarettes, cigars, vaping products, etc.

8. All medications should be discussed with leaders upon arrival. If you have any questions, our staff will be available at Registration.
