FAQs – Frequently Asked Questions

Event Dates: May 12-13, 2023

Event Times: 8:45 am Friday departure, 3:30 pm Saturday return

Event Location: Lake Yale Baptist Conference Center/Leesburg

Transportation: Load vans at 8:15 am for 8:45 departure. Look for vans near church offices, on Crystal Lake Rd. side of church.

Food: On the way to camp, we will stop at Subway and buy our own lunches, take them to camp, and eat with the group there. You may pack your lunch, if you prefer. The remainder of the meals (Friday dinner, Saturday breakfast and lunch) are provided by Lake Yale.

Attire: Casual, comfortable camp attire – jeans/shorts, sneakers/sandals. No bathing suits; no swimming.

What to Bring:
Lunch money for Subway, or a brown-bag lunch
Toiletries
Change of clothes  

A Camp T-shirt will be provided for campers and volunteers. T-shirts are not guaranteed for late registrants.
Linens (sheets, towels) are provided.

What else? Friday night Talent Show is open to all! Please keep it to five-minutes or less. If you are singing along to a CD, bring your CD.  If you need other support, discuss with Deana ASAP. Talent show entries, including any CD, are due April 28, two weeks prior to camp.

Gift Shop will be open for a brief time during our visit.
