PRAY 9/30/2020

“Then Daniel returned to his house and explained the matter to his friends….He urged them to plead for mercy from the God of heaven…so that he and his friends might not be executed….During the night the mystery was revealed to Daniel in a vision. Then Daniel praised the God of heaven….” (Daniel 2:17-19)

“…Bible prayers in word and print are short, but the praying men of the Bible were with God through many a sweet and holy wrestling hour. They won by few words but long waiting.”

                                                                                  – E. M. Bounds

Missions Prayer Requests:

Please pray for our upcoming mission trips in 2020:
Please pray for protection from the Corona virus for our missionaries in China.

Please pray for the Huddle Touch.  They are our missionary partners for this week.

  • Covid-19 – Please pray for the young men and women we are working with. Covid-19 has been a very difficult season for them in many ways. We had two recent suicides among these teens.
  • Monday Night Huddle Ministry – Please pray for our Monday Night Huddle Ministry. We started a Monday Night Huddle to challenge, encourage, inspire and motivate coaches. As they are pouring out we want to pour into them.
  • Recruitment of Huddle Touch Life Coaches – We need more Life Coaches to serve the ever growing demand. We need both men and women Life Coaches.
  • Meal and Message Ministry – Please pray for the funding for our Meal and Message Ministry. Every week we provide a meal and a message for all of our teams.
  • Huddle Touch Conference of Valor & Virtue – Pray for our Huddle Touch Conference of Valor & Virtue. Each year we bring 400 to 500 student athletes together for three days to challenge and encourage them in their walk with the Lord.
  • Huddle Touch Volunteers – Please pray for our team which consist of 97% volunteers. Pray for wisdom to set priorities and the time management skills for a greater kingdom impact.
  • Bereavement – Pray for Zelvis Applin and his family. Zelvis is our Huddle Touch Director for Hillsborough County. Zelvis buried his father in January of this year. The first week of September he buried his mother. The next week his wife’s grandmother passed. They are walking through some very difficult times.
  • Personal Request- Pray for Pastor Jeffery Singletary’s wife (Amber Singletary). She is having some health challenges.
